Food has a special importance to us here at Eastover; not only does it fufil the most basic of needs, but done right, it provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories and new experiences.
The Mansion Estate Restaurant is our way of sharing our passion for fine dining and all the facets thereof: fresh local produce married with exotic ingredients to entice and savor, warm and knowledgable waitstaff, and the beautiful architecture of a historic mansion with views of October Mountain and the National State Forest.
Our distinguished chef, Joshua Mouzakes, is eager to bring his mastery of the culinary arts to your table. He uses French techniques to put new twists on classic American dishes. The result is elegant, delectable, and even a little adventurous!
We facilitate farm-to-table practices here, supporting local growers of The Berkshires, which is not only consistent with our eco-friendly philosophies, but by shortening the time from the fields to your plate we ensure our ingredients are fresh and nothing tastes better than that!
We can't wait to share our gourmet gustatory creations with you. Our restaurant will feature a three, six, and ten course tasting menu on Fridays and Saturdays by reservation only when we open our doors in the summer. Please check back for upcoming menus and more information.

The Bistro is a perfect setting for families with children or those looking to just kick back and relax in a more casual atmosphere.
While great food is still the star of the Bistro dining experience, it takes on a more fun and comfortable flavor here. We use fresh, wholesome produce produced by our neighboring farms in our dishes in continuity with our self-sustainable philosophies. We take inspiration for our Bistro from the charming cafes that line the streets of Paris where there music, conversation, and warmth fill the air.
Our Executive Chef, Joshua Mouzakes, has created an affordable menu of hearty soups, crisp salads, and mouth-watering sandwiches and wraps, complimented by freshly baked breads and pastries straight from our bakery. Expect classic American dishes with a slight twist to differentiate us from the rest. Afterall, you're at Eastover, where quality and originality are just as important as the ingredients themselves.

Season's Greeting Teen Dance Party
SEASON'S GREETINGS EVENT
"I am a junior at Pittsfield High School. This past Friday, you hosted a dance which I attended. I wanted to share some feedback because the dance was great. I have heard nothing but positive comments about the dance. Everyone who attended had a fun, safe time. One thing a lot of people have been saying is they wish for more dances just like this one in the near future. Maybe one with even more people this time. I would assume the dance consisted of 300 people, but can you imagine the outcome of another? Those 300 would basically be guaranteed to go, and then more of their friends because of how fantastic the first one played out. I am just suggesting that more dances happen. It's a fun and safe time for kids in the community."
