Prana Regina Barrett, BS, MIA, E-RYT, CYT author of Lighter: Living Tantra, facilitates private sessions, workshops, retreats and sacred ceremonies world wide. Living a shamanic, taoist and tantra based lifestyle for over 20 years, she is now being called to immerse others in nature to find their voices for expression and personal healing, while embodying the teachings of tantra yoga, qigong and shamanism. Hannah Ardenski, BA, lead singer and composer of HannaH’s Field, a husband and wife duo well known in the NE for their spiritual and inspiring lyrics and playful, danceable beats. As a certified yoga instructor, HannaH takes a yogic approach when she shares vocal exercises with her voice students. HannaH leads chanting circles and shares private yoga in her community of Simsbury, CT. She has released 4 CD’s and her latest, Music Magic Medicine, combines music with a vegan cookbook. Food - Our menus are based on group preferences and budget. We offer delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals which typically include raw salads and hot vegetable dishes. Upon request, we will gladly prepare unseasoned blanched or steamed dishes for lunch and dinner. We easily accommodate gluten/dairy free needs, and many of our seasonings and oils are provided on the side for guests to season meals to taste. Several rooms have refrigerators, so guests are welcome to bring food that suits their needs, if they have issues we cannot accommodate. Please note that we are unable to reduce meal costs due to food allergies.
