' The possibility of learning Ba Duan Jin at Eastover enhanced our stay. We arrived tired and were happy to be given the opportunity to learn this series of health strengthening exercises. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how 8 simple movements gave us access to a new inner strength. Despite our days full of activities, we remained alert and open. We are grateful to Maggie Chan for this gift she kindly offered us.'
