The Acudragon® Wellness System is a fusion of Eastern and Western approaches based on universal principles. Some of the tools and methods include Acupressure, Acuformulas, Aromatherapy, T’ai Chi (both philosophy and martial art), Qigong, Therapeutic Exercises, Psychology, Guided Visualization and Meditation.

Join this comprehensive workshop with William J. Kaplanidis to explore the connection between the Body, Mind and Spirit. We will be using the methods listed above, in relation to the theories of Five Elements and Yin and Yang, for better health and inner peace. Return home with practical tools that can help you prevent illness and disease, balance negative emotions and thoughts, overcome life’s challenges, and advance you on your spiritual path.

7:30 – 9:00pm

Introduction to Acudragon® Wellness System and understanding the connections between the Body, Mind and Spirit.

Overview of weekend workshop; Five Elements / Phases and Yin Yang theories, Associated Qigong exercises, Supreme Acu-points, Acupressure, Acuformulas, Breathing Techniques, Visualization, Yin Yang of the Mind, Meditation.

Practice classic Qigong exercises for stress relief and deep relaxation.


9am-10am Learn Five Elements Qigong (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood).
10am -11am Learn supreme Acu-points and how to apply Acupressure.
11- 12pm Learn about Acuformulas (unique, proprietary, topical blends of essential oils, herbs and homeopathic dilutions).
How to apply with Acupressure and Five Elements.


2-4pm Review and practice Five Elements Qigong, Acupressure and Acuformulas adding intention, visualization and the power of the mind.
4-5pm Yin Yang of the Mind – Transforming negative emotions to positive virtues.

9am – 12pm


Continue Qigong exercises.

William J. Kaplanidis, L.Ac., M.S., M.A, has worked in the healing and helping professions for over 35 years. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University and a Master of Science from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

As a licensed acupuncturist and therapist with a private practice in New York City, William combines all his training and experience to treat all types of physical and emotional pain and trauma and assists people with coping with many of life’s challenges. He specializes in the connection between the body, mind and spirit and how emotional wounds manifest physically, and affect our ability to reach our full potential. His patients come from all walks of life and from various parts of the globe to experience profound shifts in awareness and a deep state of relaxation and healing.

Our menus are based on group preferences and budget. We offer delicious, balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals which typically include raw salads and hot vegetable dishes. Upon request, we will gladly prepare unseasoned blanched or steamed dishes for lunch and dinner. We easily accommodate gluten/dairy free needs, and many of our seasonings and oils are provided on the side for guests to season meals to taste. Several rooms have refrigerators, so guests are welcome to bring food that suit their needs if they have issues we cannot accommodate. Please note that we are unable to reduce meal costs due to food allergies.

Payment Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time registration occurs.
The full balance is collected 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Other than the deposit, no fees are incurred if cancelled up to 7 days after reservation date.
50% of the total cost is retained if cancelled less than 4 days prior to event.
The $50 deposit given at registration is non-refundable.
