Hunter’s Moon Yoga & Wellness Retreat
Join us for an all-inclusive 4 day, 3 night yoga & wellness retreat at Eastover in Lenox, MA. This retreat is intended to help you relax, realign, and rediscover the joyful and inner light within you. Tapping into the energy of the Full Hunter’s Supermoon, we will restore our bodies and minds, and open our hearts to planting the seeds for our future hopes, ambitions and dreams.

Tuition
Double occupancy (2 people, 2 beds) $1200 per person––$1100 by April 30
Triple or Quadruple Occupancy (3 or 4 people sharing a room, each with their own bed): $1150 per person––$1050 by April 30
Single Occupancy (private room): $1450 per person––$1350 by April 30

TEACHER
Elyse Familant’s wellness journey began in childhood when her love for movement and holistic wellness took root. From her early days participating in swim team, dance club, cheerleading, and track, to her discovery of aerobics at age 12, Elyse’s dedication to nurturing both her physical and spiritual well-being has remained strong.
In high school, Elyse started her teaching journey, igniting a fitness career that spans over three decades. Her passion for guiding others on their wellness paths led her to deepen her teaching specialties, focusing on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation over the last 20 years. Elyse’s commitment to personal growth has taken her around the globe to train with renowned practitioners,
including immersive experiences at Kripalu in the Berkshires, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cancun and Peru.
With a blend of humor, grace, and a genuine zest for life, Elyse guides her students, encouraging them to discover their inner strengths and embrace self-empowerment. Central to her teaching philosophy is the belief in infusing joy and self-care into every practice, creating a nurturing environment for growth and exploration.
Beyond her dedication to teaching, Elyse finds joy in various pursuits, including spending time with her family, dachshund Milo, and indulging in her passions for running, hiking, dark chocolate, sunflowers, 80s music, podcasts, massages, and coffee. Elyse resides in North Andover with her husband and dog,aiming to live authentically and inspire others to embrace the richness of life.
Food
Our menus are based on group preferences and budget. We offer delicious, balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals which typically include raw salads and hot vegetable dishes. Upon request, we will gladly prepare unseasoned blanched or steamed dishes for lunch and dinner. We easily accommodate gluten/dairy free needs, and many of our seasonings and oils are provided on the side for guests to season meals to taste. Several rooms have refrigerators, so guests are welcome to bring food that suit their needs if they have issues we cannot accommodate. Please note that we are unable to reduce meal costs due to food allergies.

A $250 nonrefundable deposit is needed to reserve your spot. Your full payment is due 90 days prior to retreat. Your payment, minus the $250 nonrefundable deposit, is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
