“I LOVED this FABULOUS class! Aviva Gold is a truly gifted teacher in a multitude of ways. She is an extremely knowledgeable, talented, kind and loving Spiritual Art Medicine Woman who will help guide you to new places in your heart and soul, and then you get the pleasure of transferring your insights and feelings using paint to paper the way you see it! What could be better! The day is all about what YOU experience, there’s no right or wrong, no judgment, and the day is completely accepting and supportive. It’s a wonderful adventure in creativity, artistic expression and fun. I wish Aviva lived in Los Angeles, because I would sign up once a week. I invite you to enjoy this FABULOUS and INSPIRATIONAL class to paint from your own source. It was delightfully freeing!” Thank you so much, “Psychotherapist & Mediator”
“I felt so carried away by the painting process and it brought such joy and contentment. When that happens I know I have touched source and connected with spirit. Such a grounding, nourishing experience. And It’s so cool to let the process lead you instead of leading the process. It took a few days for me to feel the painting and to be able to commune with it but when the designed circle showed up, I didn’t know what to make of it. I just let it be there and waited for it to speak to me. When it finally called to me and spoke what it was, an owl, I was a bit surprised. Then after the owl was painted in, Seema told me that the owl was the totem of the Esselan Indians. When I heard that I felt more grounded in my painting. Such a cool process. I love it.
Thank you again, Aviva, for your commitment to the process and for your intuitive, skillful, loving being. You are such a light!” –Sajjana, Wave Work Practitioner
“I have meditated for over 30 years, but I found Aviva’s workshop gave me direct experience of part of myself that was completely new. The process that Aviva facilitated enabled me to see something profound in myself but expressed in and through my painting – it was as if my act of painting was creating a mirror in which I could see myself as I never had before.”
“I am impressed by the fact that humans have been painting for at least 40,000 years – probably longer than they have been meditating – and I certainly feel that painting from the source is a very original human activity that allows a person to become aware of themselves in a truly fundamental manner, touching the core of what it means to be human”. – Mike Finch
