Wake Up and Feel Good: A Daily Practice for Health

Published by

Rise and shine! It’s time to experience the full power of a healthy daily practice. Wake up and feel good, every day! Let’s see how to make it happen.

Ready, Set, RISE!

Waking up in the morning is the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. Setting your alarm a bit earlier than usual can give you some extra time to put a few healthy habits into practice. Begin by opening up your windows and taking a deep breath of fresh air. Allow the sunlight to fill the room and put a smile on your face.

Take a few minutes to stretch and do some light stretching and yoga. Move your body in any way that you can. Simple movements like shoulder rolls, hip circles and seated twists can help to get your blood flowing and warm your muscles. You can even practice a few poses like downward-facing dog or cat-cow to stretch your entire body.
Here is my daily routineg that I had been doing for the past 30 years.
1)Lying flat on the floor yoga mat, breath in and push the belly to the floor.
2)Use a yoga belt at back of foot, one leg at a time, pull each foot toward the forehead.
3)Facedown, push upper body up geltllly and turn the head left and right.
4)Downward dog and stepup left foot between the two arms, knee flat on the floor and press body on the leg, stretch the hips, repeat few times, switch to the right foot, with left leg streight.
5)Sit two legs in double lotus position, eye watching flat, turn body from left to right 30 times, then repeat turn body left to right.
Finally, don’t forget to take some time for yourself. Read a few inspiring thoughts, meditate on your dreams, or just sit in stillness. Taking a few moments to focus on your own needs and desires will help you become more aware of yourself and your surroundings.

Feel Good, Every Day!

Feeling good in our bodies and minds can be a challenge, especially in this fast-paced and ever-changing world. However, a few simple strategies can help us find balance and feel good, every day.

Start by eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. Eating nutritious, whole foods is essential to boost your energy levels and provide your body with the nutrients it needs. In addition, it’s important to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep you hydrated and your body functioning properly.

Another way to stay healthy is to get enough sleep. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Lack of sleep can have a negative impact on your mood, concentration and energy levels.

Finally, try to stay active. Take a few minutes each day to go for a walk, ride a bike or do some light exercise. Staying active can help you reduce stress and boost your mood.

Wake up each day and challenge yourself to feel good. With a bit of effort and dedication, you can create a healthy daily practice and make a difference in your own life. Get ready, set, and RISE! It’s time to feel good, every day.
